Set against a stunning beach, the ambiance is accentuated by lush gardens where free-range chickens roam among pomegranate trees. Breakfast unfolded each morning under the whispering mimosa trees, where local ingredients painted a picture of fresh, flavorful dishes. The house-made preserves and organic offerings from the lodge's own vegetable garden were particularly memorable. Each meal paid homage to culinary traditions while embracing modern innovation. One evening, I dined by the sea, where soft candlelight illuminated the exquisite sunset. The fresh seafood, prepared with hints of local spices, lingered on my palate while the rhythmic sound of waves provided a serene backdrop. A nightcap under the stars, accented by the twinkling candles and lanterns, beautifully concluded my evenings. The staff were attentive but unobtrusive, ensuring my experience was seamless. Over my stay, I truly appreciated how this charming lodge successfully blends sustainability with culinary excellence-a testament to the essence of delightful island living.
